Pulsatilla vulgaris ‘Rode Klokke’ is a red-flowered form of the Pasqueflower, with nodding crimson-red flowers in early spring above finely divided, silvery-green foliage.
Grow it in full sun in well-drained soil. It dislikes winter wet and is well suited to gravel gardens. Its tolerance of salt-laden air also makes it useful in coastal gardens.
